"This is not the Sun" documents a three day performance on a balcony by the sea. Reflecting on the banal in a state of solitude and anticipation, this stop motion film uses the motif of the bowler hat as time passes and people interact at a picnic table. Inspired by the painting, "Son of Man" by Rene Magritte.
